The emphasis is on developing language skills interpersonal relationships and using proper manners. The children learn to respect the rights of others, to choose their materials and they are encouraged to return them to their respective shelves.

The classroom is set up with different areas including sand and water as well as puzzles, construction equipment and a book corner.
They participate in small and large group activities and become independent. There is a free flow system between the classrooms and the garden. Indoor and outdoor activities are designed to improve large and small motor skills.
